This free introductory session gives your child a first taste of what it feels like to learn in a space where they can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with their natural curiosity.

During our time together, I’ll gently guide your child through a mix of mindful grounding and creative exploration — whether that’s drawing, simple movement, or reflective play — helping them feel seen, safe, and at ease while experiencing the calm connection of learning alongside a few other children in a nurturing group setting.
